Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Furnish and install a new Square D Switchboard Panel (1200A, 208Y/120V, 3P 4W, NEMA 3R) as the building disconnect to refeed the existing MDP-1 and supply the new MDP-1B. Install a new Square D Panel (1200A, 208Y/120V, 3P 4W) as MDP-2 for the new HVAC units. Install one (1) portable lug cabinet (36”W x 42”H x 12”D, NEMA 4X) and new LED 72 LUM wrap-around fixtures. Furnish and install four (4) LED exit combo packs with remote heads, relocate one existing exit sign, and relocate one existing receptacle. All work shall comply with the 2017 NEC and per approved plans.
