Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Install wiring, receptacle outlets, lighting fixtures, and lighting control systems throughout the space. Provide electrical power for HVAC and kitchen equipment, including all required branch circuits, wiring, terminations, grounding, and overcurrent protection. Replace existing wiring devices with new devices as required. The fire alarm system is existing in all units; scope includes installation of additional fire alarm devices in the HVI unit only, including all associated wiring, terminations, and connections to the existing system. All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC, 2016 NFPA 72 and per approved plans.
