Rewiring the kitchen, living room, bedroom and exterior on the 1st floor unit and 2nd floor unit. install an owner provided ring doorbell on the 1st floor unit, install a 2 gang box and a quad outlet on the 1st floor unit, install a feed to the undercounter lighting transformer, install a switch wire to the UC lighting transformer on the 2nd floor unit, provide a new doorbell button in the 2nd floor unit, install a 60amp subfeed to the existing sub panel in the basement under the kitchen on the 2nd floor unit and delete the old 15 amp MC feed to the existing sub panel
