Work Description

Addition and/or Alteration - Upgrade existing 100 amp electrical service with a 200 amp electrical service and panel, replace two 3-way switches in second floor, install 2 dedicated circuits 20 amp (fridge and washer), install two GFCI breakers, install one 30-amp dryer circuit, install 3 LED light bulbs, install 5 ground fault receptacles (4 in kitchen, 1 bathroom), install three smoke detectors one in each bedroom, install three carbon monoxide detectors one in each floor, relocate two electrical devices, repair three junction boxes, replace two fixtures (kitchen and hallway), replace six receptacles throughout the property, replace one bathroom wall fixture, replace wiring basement lights, replace eight toggle switches throughout the property, redistribute three overload basement circuits to new panel location. **ALL WORK WILL BE DONE BY FISHING WIRING.**
