Addition and/or Alteration - Install 100 AMP Electrical Service with Main circuit breaker panel and proper Grounding and Bonding. Rewire house throughout. Install lighting, switches and receptacle outlets. Install dedicated branch circuit for the A/C unit. Install 120 volt interconnected Smoke / CO alarms. All work to be done according to the 2017 NEC.
