Work Description

Addition and/or Alteration - Perform electrical upgrades to the existing 5th floor office space, including installation and/or modification of electrical panels as required, new and revised branch circuit wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, receptacles, and associated devices to support the renovated layout. Provide any necessary feeders, circuit extensions, grounding, bonding, terminations, and updated panel directories. Furnish and install a fire alarm system for the 5th floor office space, including fire alarm control equipment (as required), initiating devices, notification appliances, wiring, terminations, and testing. All devices shall be properly installed, interconnected, and programmed to provide required life safety notification and monitoring. All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC, 2016 NFPA 72 and per approved plans.
