Work Description
Attn Farshad Supplemental to 24016-10000-27455 Additional structural work and new structural platform to (E) theater. The scope of work includes the demolition and reconstruction of an exterior wall to support a new marquee/canopy. The security/FOH-01 space shall act as the main entrance with ticket queue space. The design does not increase the existing floor area, also included in this submittal as a new structural platform on the fourth level exhibit space/TBR-06.
