Work Description

Supplemental permit to 25016-10000-24042 : 1. Add shear walls along grid lines 1 and 4 to reduce the tension forces in the lateral force resisting system; and previously proposed pad footings intended to counteract thesetension forces are no longer required and have been eliminated from the design.2. The existing continuous footing along the building perimeter will remain. New continuous footings are only proposed at locations where new shear walls are proposed.
