Work Description

IOS: Demolish existing BHS conveyors at TBIT L2 and bridge above L1 Bag Claim; install new oversize conveyors. Reframe L2 doghouse for new fire/security shutter. Build inclined BHS descent to L1 Bag Claim. Provide phenolic wall panels, stainless steel base, and revised wayfinding signage.DOS: Remove lockers and relocate agent counters at TBIT L1 Lobby. Demolish stair/doors to CBP; build new retaining/partition walls. Install terrazzo flooring, phenolic panels, and new domestic oversize bag claim belt along north wall.DR-1: Relocate egress Herculite door south; remove/reconfigure podium counters with queuing stanchions.Loaders: Demolish mens restroom at L1; rebuild east with same fixture count. Relocate janitors room and fountains.
