ALTERATIONS TO INCLUDE THE ERECTION OF PARTITION WALLS, PROVIDE FINISHES/FURNISHINGS, AND ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS THROUGHOUT. BUILDING IS FULLY SPRINKLERED. ** ALL WORK TO BE DONE PER APPROVED PLANS. **IF FIELD CONDITIONS VARY CONTACT DESIGN PROFESSIONAL PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY WORK.**MECHANICAL WORK TO BE PROVIDED PER APPROVED PLANS ** ELLECTRICAL REVIEW TO INCLUDE INSTALLATION OF NEW WIRING, TELECOMMUNICATIONS WIRING, EMERGENCY LIGHTING, LIGHTING, JUNCTION BOX, RECEPTACLES AND OUTLETS.**PLUMBING WORK TO INCLUDE INTERIOR INSTALLATION OF DRAINAGE, WASTE, VENT, AND WATER SUPPLY FOR LISTED FIXTURES CONNECTING TO EXISTING METALLIC PIPING. ALL PIPING FOR CONVEYANCE AND SUPPLY FOR COMMERCIAL SPACE SHALL BE METALLIC TO ROOF EXTENSION. ALL WORK TO BE PERFORMED IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH 2018 PPC AND APPROVED PLANS.**SEPARATE PERMITS TO BE OBTAINED FOR ALL OTHER WORK.**
