Work Description
Scope of will include Kitchen exhaust to extend to 2nd FL and modifying existing HAVC Duct work diffuser as indicated on plans. No Change in Use , Occupancy or plans .

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
