Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Install 3phase 2500 amp service. Wiring for power & lighting for 30 dwelling units, common areas, 1 commercial space, 2 elevators, and fire pump. Install outlets, switches, light fixtures and 120v interconnected smoke/co alarms with battery back up. Install new low voltage fire alarm system rescue assistance system(RATH). All work as per APPROVED drawings & '17 NEC, '16 NFPA, & City of Phila code requirements.
