Installation of temporary sidewalk shed as per plan. no change in use, egress or occupancy. the sidewalk shed is at the front of the building, back of the building, and courtyard.

Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.

Furnish & install new sprinkler booster pump, associated FCVA, sprinkler/standpipe risers and piping (Harry Winston Infrastructure) as per plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy.
