Work Description
The architectural scope of work filed under this application is limited to removal of an existingfacade and replacement with a curtain wall facade for the north elevation (pine street) on floornumbers 3 through 5.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.

Furnish & install new sprinkler booster pump, associated FCVA, sprinkler/standpipe risers and piping (Harry Winston Infrastructure) as per plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy.
