Work Description

Addition and/or Alterations - EZ PERMIT DUCTWORK & WARM-AIR APPLIANCES - For the installation of New Ductwork, Registers/Grilles/Diffusers, and Warm-Air Appliances as per attached standards. Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans. The house is designated historic by the Phila. Historical Commission. No equipment can be visible from the right-of-way. No work to the front facade(As per PHC conditions). Replace existing HVAC system on the first floor and install new HVAC systems serving the second and third floors of this one-family dwelling. Floor 1: Connect existing furnace to new AC unit, new ductwork, 10 diffusers. Floor 3: New HVAC unit, new ductwork, and 10 diffusers Floor 2: New ductless mini-split system. Outdoor condensers to be installed at the rear of the property, not visible from the public right-of-way.
