Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans. MULTI FAMILY - EACH HVAC UNIT TO BE SELF-CONTAINED WITHIN EACH DWELLING UNIT. NO PENETRATIONS OF RATED ASSEMBLIES. 2nd floor only - Install 60K BTU 92% Furnace, 2 ton AC, ductwork and 11 diffusers. Repair of 2nd floor due to fire damage. 1st floor apartment was not impacted and is to remain existing. No other work is proposed and no work in basement.
