Addition and/or Alterations - FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN NFPA 13 FIRE-SUPPRESSION SYSTEM THROUGHOUT STRUCTURE TO INCLUDE 4" MAIN FIRE SERVICE LINE WITH 4" AMES COLT 200 BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLY AND THREE (3) STANDPIPE RISERS COMPLYING WITH NFPA 14. ALL WORK SHALL BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS/HYDRAULIC CALCULATIONS. WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED BY A FIRE SUPPRESSION CONTRACTOR LICENSED BY THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA. IF FIELD CONDITIONS VARY CONTACT DESIGN ENGINEER PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY WORK.
