Remove existing composition shingles and replace with like composition shingles. Replacing up to 75 sheets of 1/2" cdx plywood.
Remove existing shingles and torchdown. Replace planned 4 sheets 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Duration shingles on the pitched facets of the home and 60 mil PVC on the 2/12 and 0/12 facets.
Construct alterations for telecommunications facility (AT&T) at site enclosure and roof level of multifamily building per plan.
Remove existing shingles. No planned plywood but if plywood is needed we will replace with 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Oakridge shingles.
