Alterations - Commercial plumbing work associated with alterations to an existing hotel, including: REPLACE TOTAL OF 987 FIXTURES • Replacement of existing shower and tub valves • Installation of new P-traps at tubs as required to reconnect to existing drainage • Pull and reset of existing toilets • Pull and reset of existing lavatory faucets All work is limited to fixture and valve replacement and reconnection to existing plumbing systems.
