Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Install one (1) exhaust fan. Provide one (1) dedicated circuit with ground-fault protection receptacle. Install three (3) light fixtures. Install two (2) 10-year sealed battery smoke detectors and one (1) 10-year sealed battery smoke/carbon monoxide combination detector. Provide one (1) arc-fault protected circuit/receptacle. All wiring to be fished within existing finished walls and ceilings. All work to be done according to the 2017 NEC.
