Work Description
General construction work to include addition of a new wheelchair lift device in existing multifamily residential lobby adjacent to existing steps as per plans filed herewith. no change in use, egress, or occupancy.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
