Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Perform electrical renovation including selective demolition of existing electrical systems as required. Install a new 800-amp electrical service from the PECO pad-mounted transformer, including service conductors, disconnecting means, grounding, and bonding. Provide new electrical distribution, including panels, feeders, and branch circuit wiring. Install lighting systems, wiring devices, and connections for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) equipment. Furnish and install a security system, including associated wiring and devices. All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC and per approved plans.
