Work Description
Signs (Accessory / Non-Accessory) - In connection with the existing/approved structures and site improvements as approved under permit number ZP-2025-011386 to remain, the replacement/reduction of accessory signage for the existing take-out restaurant including: four (4) wall signs (Sign Type E: 32.8 SF, 16'5"x24", Sign Type F: 2.2 SF, 11.25"x11.25", Sign Type G (x2): 14 SF/EA, 48"x42") (overall reduction on Whitaker Ave frontage of 50.9 SF from existing wall signs, overall reduction on Hunting Park Ave. Frontage of 34.3 SF); three (3) directional clearance signs (Sign Type A: 3.1 SF, 57.2"x8", MAX HEIGHT = 11 FT, Sign Type C (x2): 1.2 SF/EA, 35.75"x5", MAX HEIGHT = 11.5 FT); Two (2) free-standing menu-boards, Sign Type D (x2): 20.0 SF/EA, 58" x 49.6", MAX HEIGHT = 5.9 FT); and two (2) directional signs (Sign Type H (x2): 3.5 SF/EA, 1'-2" x 3', 7 ft. height). All as per submitted plans. Without prejudice or abandonment of all prior permits and approvals.
