Work Description
Installation of temporary pipe scaffold as per plan. no change in use, egress, or occupancy.the pipe scaffold at the northeast elevation from beam system over the equipment to the 35th fl setback and extending up to the 57th floor setback.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
