Work Description
Re-Roof of a commercial office building. Approximately 5 000 sf. Remove existing Torch down roof and replace with new 60 mil PVC roof over 1/2 inch fan fold insulation panels. Replace any damaged plywood decking with CDX 1/2 inch exterior grade plywood.

Remove existing shingles. No planned plywood but if plywood is needed we will replace with 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Oakridge shingles.
Construct alterations for telecommunications facility (AT&T) at site enclosure and roof level of multifamily building per plan.
Replace roof membrane at approximately 100 square feet.
Residential reroof only; no structural changes. Remove existing shingles. No planned plywood replacement but if needed will use 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Duration shingles.
Adhere new roofing membrane directly over the existing roof system
