Self-cert 2019 cbrc: suite b tenant improvement for indoor physical fitness center (a health/fitness club), this project is a level 3 alteration and downsize of existing indoor physical fitness center space thereby creating separate demised space for adjacent retail mercantile (m occupancy) tenant. all existing utilities are being re-used. mechanical units on roof at the downsized indoor physical fitness center space are all to be new/replaced, except one existing unit to remain in place, see plans. this project includes installing new storefront windows/doors in existing entry opening. demolition scope includes two openings in cmu/masonry walls and some new openings a couple of the rtus, and removing existing entry windows to re-place with double doors. the rest is all non-structural interior only demolition.
