Work Description
Residential reroof only; no structural changes. Remove existing shingles. Replace planned 4 sheets 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Duration shingles on pitched roof and Certainteed Flintlastic SA roofing material on back garage that is low slope.

Construct alterations for telecommunications facility (AT&T) at site enclosure and roof level of multifamily building per plan.
