Work Description

Addition and/or Alteration - The project involves rewiring portions of the dwelling by fishing new wiring through existing finished walls and ceilings. In the main bedroom, the work includes installing two receptacle outlets, one switch, one dimmer switch, one ceiling fan connection, and five wafer-type recessed light fixtures. The office will receive one receptacle outlet, one switch, and one ceiling fan connection. In the hall bathroom, one switch and two light fixtures will be installed. The back room will have one switch, one dimmer switch, one ceiling fan connection, and five wafer-type recessed light fixtures. The hallway and stair areas will be equipped with four three-way switches and four wafer-type recessed light fixtures to allow multi-location control. The living and dining rooms will receive three new receptacle outlets. The entry and front porch areas will have two switches and two light fixtures installed. In the kitchen, one receptacle outlet, one three-way switch, and four wafer-type recessed light fixtures will be installed. In the basement, one GFCI-protected receptacle will be provided for the washing machine, and one electrical feed will be installed for the furnace. All work to be perform according with the 2017 NEC.
