Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Install new 30-space electrical distribution panel. The panel will be properly grounded, bonded and provided with an updated and accurately identified circuit directory. The project includes the installation of one new dedicated branch circuit for an exhaust fan, one ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI) protected receptacle, three new lighting fixtures, and one arc-fault circuit-interrupter (AFCI) protected circuit or receptacle. Additionally, two 10-year sealed battery smoke alarms and one 10-year sealed battery smoke/carbon monoxide combination alarm. One existing electrical device will be relocated. All work to be done according to the 2017 NEC. (Fishing wires)
