Work Description
Construct alterations for minor telecommunications facility [AT&T] at rooftop and ground level equipment room of multi-family building [CROWN RIDGE APARTMENTS] per plan.

Remove existing shingles. No planned plywood but if plywood is needed we will replace with 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Oakridge shingles.
Construct alterations for telecommunications facility (AT&T) at site enclosure and roof level of multifamily building per plan.
Replace roof membrane at approximately 100 square feet.
Residential reroof only; no structural changes. Remove existing shingles. No planned plywood replacement but if needed will use 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Duration shingles.
Adhere new roofing membrane directly over the existing roof system
