Filing herewith new fire sprinkler protection system as required to accomodate the proposed architectural changes as per plans.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
