Installation of temporary sidewalk shed as per plan. there is no change in use, egress or occupancy.the sidewalk shed at adam clayton powell blvd in front of the building.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
To modify existing building to be ADA complaint
Furnish & install new sprinkler booster pump, associated FCVA, sprinkler/standpipe risers and piping (Harry Winston Infrastructure) as per plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy.
Installation of 4 new deluge sprinkler heads in cooling tower at bulkhead.
