Work Description
Replace and relocate antennas on existing rooftop and install new equipment and battery cabinets on ground for existing minor communication utility (T Mobile) per plan.

Construct alterations for telecommunications facility (AT&T) at site enclosure and roof level of multifamily building per plan.
Replace roof membrane at approximately 100 square feet.
Residential reroof only; no structural changes. Remove existing shingles. No planned plywood replacement but if needed will use 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Duration shingles.
