Work Description
Herewith filing for replacement of existing flooring, subfloor & trim. Painting of walls and existing hard ceilings, soffits, and built-ins, and trim as per the drawings. No change in use, egress o0r occupancy.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
