Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans. Additional permits may be required. For the installation of HVAC equipment including all registers and diffusers associated with ductwork, installation of 60K BTU GAS furnace with 2 1/2 Ton coil and condenser. Condensing unit to be located on the backyard. NO OTHER WORK PERMITTED ON THIS PERMIT. No penetrations to fire-rated assemblies. NO NEW DUCTWORK proposed on ductwork or common areas
