Work Description
Remove illegally installed partitions installed in rear of Apartment 3G at bedroom & living room to create additional bedrooms to comply with ECB Violation 35117463N. This will restore the apartment to its original legal layout.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
