Work Description

Alterations - French drain (the pit is located OUTSIDE the bathroom - the french drain is running alongside a basement bathroom which is located on the exterior wall of the basement) moving a vanity 6"when we originally intended not to. It's easier to fit the pit on the outside of the bathroom, which required us to move the wall 6", resulting in us having to move the vanity 6". We are cutting the water lines and drain lines back 6", and putting a cuppling in. See Parent permit RP-2025-009537
