The complete modification and re-installation of a new wet pipe sprinkler system to including all new sprinklerheads, supports, fire stopping, life safety devices.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
