Add expired permit to scope of work (BP:2010-020913 - siding and rotten framing replacement as needed on existing single family residence) 4/3/26 SM - REVISED **: Kitchen layout stated the same (cosmetic upgrade) new wiring in kitchen and a new vent hood with ducting Water heater change out like for like tank in the laundry room. New supply valves for refrigerator and laundry no other plumbing moves
