FOR USE OF ADDITION AND ROOF DECK AS A GROUP A-2 SIT-DOWN RESTAURANT. EXISTING BUILDING IS SPRINKLERED PER NFPA 13 AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM COVERAGE TO BE EXTENDED THROUGHOUT ADDITION. ALL WORK TO BE DONE PER APPROVED PLANS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH 2018 IEBC, 2018 IBC, AND PHC APPROVAL. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND FIRE SUPPRESSION WORK.
