Work Description
Installation of temporary sidewalk shed as per plan. no change in use, egress, or occupancy. the sidewalk shed is at the west 141st street elevation, the back of the building, and on both sides of the building courtyard elevations.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
To modify existing building to be ADA complaint
Furnish & install new sprinkler booster pump, associated FCVA, sprinkler/standpipe risers and piping (Harry Winston Infrastructure) as per plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy.
Installation of 4 new deluge sprinkler heads in cooling tower at bulkhead.
