Work Description
Sprinkler modifications to accommodate IDF equipment room on the 14th floor in the existing Memorial Hospital building including work on floors 12 and 15. All work as per plans filed herewith.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
To modify existing building to be ADA complaint
Furnish & install new sprinkler booster pump, associated FCVA, sprinkler/standpipe risers and piping (Harry Winston Infrastructure) as per plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy.
Installation of 4 new deluge sprinkler heads in cooling tower at bulkhead.
