Work Description
Installation of new sidewalk shed and pipe scaffold with material hoist at 115 east 81st street, manhattan as per plans. there will be no change in the use, egress, or occupancy under this application.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
To modify existing building to be ADA complaint
Furnish & install new sprinkler booster pump, associated FCVA, sprinkler/standpipe risers and piping (Harry Winston Infrastructure) as per plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy.
Installation of 4 new deluge sprinkler heads in cooling tower at bulkhead.
