Installation of a heavy duty sidewalk shed as per plans during general construction work. no change in use, egress or occupancy. sidewalk shed to comply with chapter 33 of nyc building code of 2022.

Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.

Furnish & install new sprinkler booster pump, associated FCVA, sprinkler/standpipe risers and piping (Harry Winston Infrastructure) as per plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy.
